This structure is required to smelt the raw [metal ores](https://wiki.tribals.io/tribals.io-wiki/building-elements/broken-reference). With high heat it generates, smelter cooks foods faster than a [campfire](https://wiki.tribals.io/tribals.io-wiki/building-elements/camp-fire). 

Has 5 inventory slots.

Protected by a [toolbox ](https://wiki.tribals.io/tribals.io-wiki/structures/toolbox)if its placed adjacent to a protected building element.

Can be placed on the [platforms](https://wiki.tribals.io/tribals.io-wiki/structures/wooden-platform) and the ground.

Decays with 6 units every minute.

Each hit costs 30 durability damage to the attacker's weapon.\
It has 5000 max durability.
