It permanently unlocks the crafting recipe for the IronPlated Boots Book.\

The IronPlated Boots Book can be used up to **3 times** to craft [IronPlated Boots](https://wiki.tribals.io/tribals.io-wiki/items/armor-and-clothing/ironplated-set/ironplated-boots) or IronPlated Boots Book.
