# Decay

Residents of the Tribals must repair the damaged building elements with either Toolbox or Repair Hammer to protect them from demolishing. Toolbox automatically repairs the connected building elements even if the owner is offline, but it runs on resources placed inside over time. The decay value is higher in the structural elements that are not connected with the one that Toolbox placed upon.

Toolbox is not the only way to repair the building elements. Repair Hammer lets you repair your base manually in exchange for the required amount of resources.
