# Musket

Musket is one of the most used Weapons for PvP in the world of Tribals it has decent damage, and it is great at mid and long range. Musket is also used for Active Raiding! Unlike the Pistol a Musket can't be hidden in the player inventory and will be always visible either in the hands or at the back of the Player! Players can also get Muskets at the [Pirate Event](/tribals.io-wiki/special-events/pirate-event.md)! \
To craft a Musket players need to have a [Musket Book](/tribals.io-wiki/items/books/musket-book.md) in the [Workbench](/tribals.io-wiki/building-elements/workbench.md). Players will be able to craft Muskets as long as the Musket Book stays usable! A Musket is only useful if players have [Musket Ammo](/tribals.io-wiki/items/ammunition/musket-ammo.md) in their inventory!
