# Stone

Stone can be used to craft most items, and to repair Stone [Structures](/tribals.io-wiki/structures.md). Another useful property of Stone is that it can be used to upgrade [Structures](/tribals.io-wiki/structures.md)! Players can trade with or for Stone in [Vending Machines](/tribals.io-wiki/building-elements/vending-machine.md). Stone is one of the best currencies for trading in Tribals because most players use it for upkeeping their bases.

Stone is easily accessible for everyone, players can mine Stone Nodes using a [Stone Pickaxe](/tribals.io-wiki/items/weapons-and-equipment/stone-pickaxe.md) or an [Iron Pickaxe](/tribals.io-wiki/items/weapons-and-equipment/iron-pickaxe.md). A Stone node respawns in 5-10 minutes after being completely mined! It also offers a big bonus of Stone when players deliver the final blow to the Node! Players can also gather Flint to gain Stone.

Flint respawns in 1-2 minutes after being picked up! Players can also obtain stone from the Barrels or at the [Pirate Event](/tribals.io-wiki/special-events/pirate-event.md).

Stackable up to 1000 units.
