A blueprint for buildings. It has some sort of instructions in it. The legend says the Tribbles draw these instructions himself. No wonder they are so bad!

A piece of paper that contains information about buildings. It allows you to build structures. To build structures players will need to have the Building Plan in their hands, hold down the right mouse button. After this they will need to select from the Building Wheel the desired structure, then hold down the left mouse button to place it!
