# Shotgun Book

A book containing the crafting recipe for the: Shotgun, Shotgun Ammo and Shotgun Book.

Written by Tribbles with a terrible handwriting. It can be crafted in the [Workbench ](/tribals.io-wiki/building-elements/workbench.md)or found at the [Pirate Event](/tribals.io-wiki/special-events/pirate-event.md). It unlocks the crafting recipe for the: [Shotgun](/tribals.io-wiki/items/weapons-and-equipment/shotgun.md), Shotgun Book, and [Shotgun Ammo](/tribals.io-wiki/items/ammunition/shotgun-ammo.md). It permanently unlocks the crafting recipe for the [Shotgun Ammo](/tribals.io-wiki/items/ammunition/shotgun-ammo.md) and Shotgun Book. \

The Shotgun Book can be used up to **3 times** to craft a [Shotgun](/tribals.io-wiki/items/weapons-and-equipment/shotgun.md) or Shotgun Book. After the third use, there is a 7**5% chance** the item becomes a [Worn Shotgun Book](/tribals.io-wiki/items/books/worn-shotgun-book.md) instead of remaining usable.
