Players can gather Wood by chopping down Trees, or Shipwrecks with a Hatchet or an IronHatchet. Players can also gather Stumps from the ground, or find Wood in Barrels or at the Pirate Event! Palm trees respawn in 3-5 minutes after being completely cut down! Maple, fir, willow, and birch trees respawn in 5-8 minutes after being completely cut down! Shpiwrecks respawn in 30-40 minutes after being completely cut down!
Players can also use it to trade items for it in a Vending Machine. Wooden Structures can be repaired using an UpgradeHammer. Storage can be upgraded using Wood. Players can also use Wood to: smelt materials, cook food and upkeep their bases. Stackable up to 1000 pieces.
